At Assr Al Jawal, teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do, and our Annual Team Building Day is the perfect way to celebrate our unity and competitive spirit. This year, we took the excitement to the beach, where the entire company gathered for a full day of games, competitions, and fun activities in a stunning seaside setting.
The day kicked off with a thrilling Beach Olympics, where employees were divided into eight teams, each competing in a series of eight strategic and sports-based games designed to test agility, teamwork, and tactics. The energy remained high as teams took to the water for the Dragon Boat Race, with four boats battling it out in an exhilarating competition of coordination and endurance. The final showdown was a volleyball tournament, where teams spiked, set, and served their way to victory.
At the end of the day, the winning team was crowned, and all participants received medals in recognition of their efforts. The celebration concluded with a delicious meal, bringing everyone together to unwind and share laughs after an action-packed day. Our Commercial Director, Janti Basaj, delivered a closing speech, highlighting the importance of teamwork, dedication, and company culture.
