Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry, ledger postings, and maintaining accounting records.
  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments, receipts, and bank statements.
  • Assist in managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Help monitor inventory and ensure proper documentation of stock movements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers for payment follow-ups and queries.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a trading company or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of Accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS office applications.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.
  • Ready to develop your knowledge and skills.
